We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service, managing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Order Management: Review and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and inputting orders into our ERP system.
- Delivery Coordination: Work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with our sales team, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
