Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service, managing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Order Management: Review and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and inputting orders into our ERP system.
  • Delivery Coordination: Work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.

Requirements:
