We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Hartlepool. Key Responsibilities- Provide in-class support to teachers, working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and ensure engagement.
- Manage student behavior and promote a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to progress monitoring and support the development of students' skills and knowledge.
- Experience working in an educational environment with children aged between 4 and 11 years.
- Ability to work on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with children.
- Strong behavior management skills and knowledge of Phonics schemes.
- Organized and reliable with a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to process a new one.
