We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You'll have the autonomy to develop your own sales pipeline while being supported by a dynamic and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our reach within the FM sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from raw lead to closed sale, and maintain a deep understanding of the industry and our product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including call numbers and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, consultative sales, and customer nurturing.
  • Familiarity with cleaning supplies or FM industry (ideal, but not essential).
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
