Role Overview

Finning International is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Sales Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing outstanding sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class service to customers, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of queries and issues.
  • Engage with customers on every call to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Process orders efficiently, managing them from start to finish, and communicate directly with customers to keep them informed throughout the process.
  • Locate and organize delivery options for parts supply as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous call-handling experience and knowledge of mechanical components and functionality.
  • Customer service and sales experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Educated to GCSE standard, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
