This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will work as part of a close-knit team to promote the health and well-being of our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being are maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide personal care assistance, including help with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and mobility. You will also be responsible for promoting the health and well-being of our residents through regular interaction and activities.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide high-quality personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Support residents with mobility issues using equipment safely and correctly
  • Promote the health and well-being of residents through regular interaction and activities

To be considered for this role, you must have a genuine passion for delivering excellent care and support to vulnerable adults. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families.

You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. A basic understanding of manual handling procedures and a willingness to learn and develop your skills are essential.

The salary for this position is approximately £11,850 per annum, based on 14 hours per week. This rate includes enhanced payments for weekend and bank holiday shifts.
