Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at Colne View Care Home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  1. You will support and deputise for the Home Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the care home and making decisions in their absence.
  2. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  3. You will conduct regular walk rounds to monitor the quality of care and provide feedback and guidance to staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with excellent clinical skills and knowledge. You should have experience in care planning and assessment tools, and be able to build close relationships with residents and their families. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
