Role Overview: As a Financial Leadership Position at Informa Group Plc., you will be responsible for managing one accountant and ensuring the delivery of excellent accounting services to the business, driving balance sheet integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Balance Sheet reconciliations in accordance with Balance Sheet Integrity guidelines and control frameworks.
  • Evaluate and address potential risks to financial operations.
  • Develop and implement effective financial processes and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Leadership Expectations:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and expertise.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), minimum 5 years experience in finance leadership role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
