About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to support our Service Managers in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities in the East. The successful candidate will have excellent secretarial and communication skills, including diary management, email management, and the ability to assess situations, prioritise incoming information, and address issues directly.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Service Managers, including diary management and email management.
- Assess situations, prioritise incoming information, and address issues directly.
- Use Microsoft Office packages to manage documents and data.
- Provide cover for colleagues and maintain a team working approach.
- Support the Management team in addressing issues and escalating as necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent secretarial and communication skills.
- Ability to assess situations, prioritise incoming information, and address issues directly.
- Experience as a PA or senior administrator.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the service.
- Ability to work under pressure and provide cover for colleagues.
