Youth Engagement Coordinator

Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Work 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, with occasional late shifts. This role is ideal for youth support professionals seeking a long-term career in a college setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating CCTV, maintaining health and safety awareness, and de-escalating conflicts are key aspects of this job. The successful candidate will require emotional intelligence, self-awareness, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
A combination of youth engagement experience, full UK driving licence, pastoral care or behavioural support experience, customer-focused environment experience, and education industry experience are essential for this role. Additionally, CCTV monitoring knowledge and an Enhanced DBS certificate are required.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
