We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is currently seeking a dedicated Children's Home Worker to join our team in Walsall. This role will involve working with children up to 18 years of age, providing direct care and engaging them in various activities.

Job Summary
  • To provide high-quality care and support to children living in our residential homes
  • To engage with children in a variety of activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the needs of children are met

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be resilient and flexible, and possess excellent communication skills. A salary of £29,093 (pro-rata if part-time) is offered, plus sleep-ins as required (additional allowance). We adopt a child-centred approach and actively promote children's rights.
