Position Details:
- Role: Dental Receptionist
- Contract: 9 months fixed term
- Working Hours: Full-time Monday - Thursday 07.45-17.45, Friday 07.45-15.45
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Manage appointment bookings and patient records with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of the practice
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
About You:
- Experienced Dental Receptionist: With relevant experience in a dental setting
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with patients and colleagues professionally
- Organisational Skills: Efficient in managing time and tasks with attention to detail
- A Team Player: Works well within a team and independently
- Compassionate Caregiver: Committed to delivering outstanding patient care
