Are you a passionate and dedicated Dental Receptionist looking for a rewarding opportunity? Guinea Court Dental Surgery in Basingstoke is excited to announce an opening for a Dental Receptionist to join our esteemed practice on a 9-month fixed term contract starting from November 2024.
About Us: Guinea Court Dental Surgery is a private, purpose-built practice with six state-of-the-art surgeries. Our practice is renowned for its commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a supportive working environment. We take pride in our modern facilities and our friendly, professional team.
Position Details:
Role: Dental Receptionist Contract: 9 months fixed term (November 2024 - August 2025) Working Hours: Full-time Monday - Thursday 07.45-17.45, Friday 07.45-15.45What We Offer:

Greet and welcome patients, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere Manage appointment bookings and patient records with efficiency and accuracy Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service Support the dental team with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of the practice Maintain a clean and organized reception areaAbout You:
