This role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Support Officer, you will work closely with service users to identify and address their needs, developing tailored support plans to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver flexible housing-related support to service users, enabling them to develop independent skills and move on to their own accommodation.
- Provide information and advice to service users to assist them in establishing and maintaining their tenancy.
- Ensure that all necessary procedures are followed, including risk assessments and housekeeping void procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth operation of the supported housing scheme.
A2Dominion Housing Group Ltd offers a competitive salary of £25,148 - £30,443 per annum, plus benefits such as up to 8% contributory pension, flexible working arrangements, and private medical insurance.
