About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Manager to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our multi-activity day camp, ensuring the well-being and safety of our young camp members, and leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the camp, including staff management, activity planning, and logistics
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all camp members, including implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality programs and activities
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of camp policies and procedures
About You

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Experience working in a childcare setting and managing a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for working with children and delivering high-quality programs
  • A strong commitment to safety and well-being
  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (early years, QTS/PGCE) or studying towards a relevant childcare qualification
