About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants at Braemar Lodge in Salisbury, Wiltshire. As a Health Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal times and ensure residents' dietary needs are met
  • Participate in care planning and contribute to the development of individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
