About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants at Braemar Lodge in Salisbury, Wiltshire. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal times, including serving and feeding residents
  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as mobility and transfers
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
