About The Role

We're looking for a Sous Chef to lead in a busy kitchen, own a section, and guide and support the team to deliver high quality food and fast. You'll be joining an awesome management team at BrewDog Lothian Road, a high volume kitchen where you'll be responsible for ensuring food safety and health and safety are top priority, managing food being made to spec across all sections, and leading by example with your epic culinary skills.

About You

You'll have experience working in a busy kitchen, preferably with some experience in closely supporting a Kitchen Manager and maybe even doing some cover when they are off. Financial acumen would be a benefit, but we'll have the people around you to help train and grow your knowledge in all areas. We aim to make sure every single experience a customer has at this BrewDog bar stand-out, and you'll be a natural trainer & love seeing the people around you learn & develop.
