Job Title: Recovery Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our new-build mental health supported living service for 14 individuals with mental health needs. Working in partnership with Worcestershire County Council and Bromford Housing Association, you will be responsible for developing and managing the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Work closely with service users, their families, and other agencies to assess needs and provide support
  • Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with Bromford Housing and other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mental health care management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
