Care Home Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Home Manager to lead our residential team in South East London. As a manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare, with experience of supervising and managing staff. They will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to working with children and young people, are essential.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing the Home, achieving a quality service, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance, and providing effective leadership and management of the residential home.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - 65,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including casual dress, company events, free parking, and a pension scheme.
