About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver fitness programs that meet the needs of our members
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to help members achieve their fitness goals
  • Conduct gym orientations and inductions to ensure new members feel welcome and supported
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym area
  • Collaborate with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment
  • Passion for hospitality, leisure, and fitness, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and lead to exceptional member satisfaction
  • Solutions-oriented with an eye for spotting issues before they happen
  • Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers
