About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at Village Hotels - Portsmouth. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fitness classes and provide personalized coaching to members
  • Assist with the maintenance of the gym and leisure facilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to member queries
  • Work collaboratively with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and lead to exceptional member satisfaction
  • Solutions-oriented with an eye for spotting issues before they happen
  • Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues, and customers safe
