About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nights Operations Supervisor to join our team at Gopuff. As a Nights Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse team during your shift.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, setting a positive tone for your team and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers, maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity.
  • Driver and Rider Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers on shift, working closely with them to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues that may arise, such as product misplacement or damaged goods, taking prompt action to rectify the situation.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

About You:

  • You have prior experience working in a restaurant, dark store, retail, or warehouse environment.
  • You possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.
  • You exhibit a strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining calm under pressure.
  • You possess effective communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • You are organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful.
  • You are flexible and available during peak hours (5pm-4:30am).
