Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to groups and individuals, using your expertise and creativity to engage and motivate students.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and supportive.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum UKCC Level 2 qualification in swimming teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for teaching, learning, and customer service.
