Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As an RMN Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality and person-centred care to adults with complex mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medication and monitor its effects
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
- Advocate for the needs and rights of individuals with mental health conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Valid registration with UK NMC as an RMN
- Proven experience in mental health nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety
- Understanding of and commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare
