Clear IT Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst based in Westminster, London.

The appointed individual will assume responsibility for first and some second-line technical support for all departmental IT applications and services across a College.

This includes end-user computing, multi-function devices, and specialized AV and IT equipment. Asset and Configuration Management are also key aspects of this role.

We require minimum one year's experience working in a busy IT support role.

A strong understanding of Microsoft O365 is essential, while some experience with Microsoft Azure is desirable.

An ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in a professional manner is crucial.

Our estimated salary range for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
