We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our heavy manufacturing facility in Rugby. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading electrical maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the performance of electrical maintenance staff and contractors
  • Issue permits to work and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical maintenance issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in electrical engineering
