We are seeking an experienced electrical maintenance supervisor to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance and supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and evenings
