About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at a highly popular visitor attraction. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards and financial performance in our high-volume restaurant operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in leading the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor expenses, and other operational metrics to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A supervisory or junior management background in a high-volume, good-quality catering operation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
