About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team in East Grinstead. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards. You will also take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 6 months hands-on supervisory/management experience in a retail environment.
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- A proven track record of delivering high standards and great results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire your team.
- A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
