Role

As a Team Leader, you'll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. You'll help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities, empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Help the people we support to engage in leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Lead the team to communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others.
  • Engage in learning and development opportunities for the team, ensuring that training compliance levels are met and maintained.
  • Get involved in the community, supporting during leisure and social activities.

About the Service

Fletton Avenue is a bright, busy home supporting people with PWS to live independently and make their own choices about care and the place they live. There's a focus on positive risk-taking; people are actively involved in planning their meals and being involved in cooking to achieve their health goals and manage their PWS as well as pushing themselves to get out into the community to volunteer or take trips.
