About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exam Invigilator. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of examinations. Your responsibilities will include supervising students during exams, distributing and collecting exam papers, and maintaining the integrity of the exam process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during exams to ensure a calm and orderly environment.
  • Distribute and collect exam papers and materials.
  • Ensure that exam conditions comply with the school's policies and procedures.
  • Assist students with any queries or issues that arise during the exam.
  • Monitor students to prevent cheating or misconduct.
  • Report any incidents or irregularities to the exam coordinator.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and exam materials.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
  • A commitment to upholding the integrity of the exam process.
