We are seeking a reliable and organized Exam Invigilator to join our team at Sheffield Park Academy. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of examinations at our academy.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise the admission of candidates into the examination room and assist them in finding their allocated seats.
- Distribute question papers, answer booklets, and associated materials at the beginning of the examination and collect them at the end.
- Provide candidates with additional paper and/or equipment as necessary and in accordance with examination board regulations.
- Supervise candidates in a quiet and unobtrusive manner to ensure that the regulations on conduct, communication, etc. are strictly observed.
- Flexibility to work during busy examination periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
