">Responsibilities:
  • Assist with fire door checks, reactive repairs, and maintenance tasks
  • Check fire door frames, hinges, and push bars to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of works and communicate progress to customers and the office
">Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position, a full clean driving license, and a good understanding of working in the Property Maintenance environment.
