Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Commercial Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CCO, including diary management, email management, and coordination of internal and external meetings. They will also be required to build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CCO's diary and schedule, ensuring that they are well-organized and prepared for all meetings and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the CCO, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and arranging meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Anticipate and identify potential problems and provide innovative solutions to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with other members of the Commercial Team to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

What We Offer:
