Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects across the West of Essex, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor project budgets and costs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certifications
