Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for Production Operators to work in our Retail section of the factory. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for following clear operational processes and customer specifications to provide consistently high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow operational processes and customer specifications to ensure high-quality products.
- Identify improvements to the ways of working to enhance the effective operation of the line.
- Adhere to Health and Safety rules and procedures, including correct wearing of issued PPE.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Check cuts of meat to ensure they meet specifications.
- Arrange meat in packaging, complying with display requirements.
- Ensure pack weight is correct.
- Reject items, including packaging and meats, that do not meet quality specifications.
