Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Financial Lines team in a key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and driving a D&O / Management Liability loss adjusting function for all claims across CTA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the existing D&O business for current clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and complex claims.
  • Travel as necessary to manage allocated claims, attend to client issues, and undertake marketing and business development activities.
  • Support the development of the London market and international D&O footprint and brand profile.
  • Assist in the investigation and loss adjustment of other claims handled within the Financial Lines team.

Person Specification

  • Experience working as a lawyer or claims adjuster within the D&O/ Management Liability claims arena.
  • Prior exposure to Financial Institutions, Commercial Crime, and Professional Indemnity claims is beneficial.
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports for stakeholders on claims being handled.
  • Appetite to develop skills as a loss adjuster.
