Job Title: Assembly/Warehouse Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assembly/Warehouse Administrator to join our team at ILG. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate stock take/stock audit and cycle counting activities to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Monitor and improve performance levels to maximize accuracy of stock figures in line with site KPIs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Investigate and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure all activities are cost-effective and aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders, and external customers to facilitate stock control procedures.
  • Attend daily briefings and maintain effective communication within the Operations Team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in stock control and inventory management.
  • Methodical approach with ability to prioritize workload and tasks.
  • Understanding of warehouse management systems (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to a complex and growing operational environment.
  • Capacity to develop and implement processes to improve efficiency.
  • Forward-thinking with ability to think critically.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a small team.
