Resourcery Group Finance Business Partner Job

Resourcery Group is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence within a growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and support to various business units, while actively engaging in change management and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business units to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support key decision-making processes
  • Lead and support ERP implementation and system optimization projects
  • Drive change and transformation initiatives within the finance department and across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT systems that enhance finance processes
  • Serve as a systems accountant, ensuring the integrity and functionality of financial systems and tools
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and forecasting
  • Expertise in IT systems with the ability to drive system enhancements and optimizations
  • Strong knowledge of change and transformation initiatives, coupled with change management experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across business units
  • Proven experience as a systems accountant, ensuring the integrity and functionality of financial systems and tools
