Financial Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at Rescourcery Group. This is a newly created role that will work closely with our CFO and Head of Commercial Finance to drive financial excellence across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
  2. Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement in commercial strategies
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for commercial initiatives
  4. Lead the financial planning and analysis process for commercial operations
  5. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management to inform decision-making
  6. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis
  7. Collaborate with commercial teams to assess and support the financial impact of business decisions
  8. Perform financial analysis to evaluate and optimize commercial activities
  9. Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders
  10. Provide financial guidance and support for commercial initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven experience in a finance role with a focus on commercial finance, financial analysis, or financial controlling
  2. Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis
  3. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management systems
  5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
