Key Responsibilities
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Mondelez International, you will play a critical role in driving process efficiency and reducing losses. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing training and coaching to operators to improve their knowledge and skills
* Leading breakdown analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
* Analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to senior management. With your strong analytical skills and experience in SAP and CMMS systems, you will drive process efficiency and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business process improvement, as well as experience in maintenance and technical skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.
