Social Care Recruitment Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Social Care recruitment team within our Liverpool city centre office. Our team has experienced a significant surge in the number of care providers, residential services, managers, support workers, and HCA staff working with us, buying into our values of providing a clear and transparent recruitment process to our clients. We are an approved supplier to both the public sector and numerous private organisations within the North of England.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and engaging with new and existing clients to understand their requirements
Attracting Social Care professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our website
Visiting clients to discuss their needs and preferences
Interviewing candidates for various Social Care roles
Requirements:
Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the Social Care market
Knowledge of the Social Care/Healthcare sector would be an advantage
Ambitious and motivated individual looking to fast-track their career with a rapidly growing company
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
What We Offer:
Competitive basic salary of £23,000 - £31,000 dependent on experience
Uncapped personal commission scheme
Uncapped annual bonus
Year 1 OTE £25k-£35k | Year 2 £30k-£45k | Year 3 £45k +
4-day working week on full salary and benefits
