Director of Quality Management

Sphere Fluidics Limited is seeking an exceptional Director of Quality Management to lead our Quality Management System and ensure the highest quality products for our customers.

About the Role

The Director of Quality Management will be responsible for refining, reviewing, and recommending updates to our existing Quality Management strategy, processes, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the company's ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • Refine, review, and recommend updates to existing strategy, processes, and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the VP Operations and key stakeholders to set the company's Quality Management strategy
  • Cascade Quality initiatives throughout the organisation
  • Drive continuous improvement through strategic quality planning processes
  • Provide leadership to the Quality team, with direct line management of two people Managers
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop a high performing team of Quality experts
  • Mentor and coach members of the wider Operations team and business
  • Influence and build strong working relationships across Sphere Fluidics matrix functions
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a Quality environment managing strategy, teams, and application of QMS within Life Science or related field.

They will be structured and methodical with excellent planning and problem solving skills, capable of leading teams through change to achieve customer focused results.

Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, and critical analysis skills; ability to execute an appropriate course of action that complies with quality and regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives.
