About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality to join our team at Sphere Fluidics Limited. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure effective quality control and assurance processes are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management role.
  • Proven track record of implementing quality management systems and leading quality teams.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
