Senior Project Manager - Residential Sector

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large RC Frame residential new build project in the Residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of site staff and subcontractors to deliver a £80million project on time and within budget.
  • Ensure Health & Safety protocols are in place and the project is running smoothly.
  • Chair weekly QA Meetings to discuss project progress and resolve any design issues.
  • Procure and instruct subcontractors to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to resolve design issues and ensure project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing construction projects of similar value in the Residential sector.
  • Strong project programming and delivery skills.
  • SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
  • Degree-educated background.
