Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality functional skills training to learners, ensuring they meet awarding body quality standards.
  • Collaborate with employers to design and implement individual training plans tailored to learner needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and performance on Bud.
  • Utilize BKSB software and analytics to inform training decisions and drive learner success.
  • Deliver training sessions using approved resources, both in-person and remotely via Teams.
  • Work closely with the Exams Officer to ensure learners are prepared for exams and meet program requirements.
  • Support Tutors in monitoring learner progress, setting goals, and recording achievements.
  • Coordinate and provide data-driven insights to inform program development and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Hold a qualification or experience in delivering functional skills training at Level 1 and 2.
  • Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications.
  • Experience working with employers in a training or customer relations role.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work with e-portfolios.
  • Ability to motivate learners and ensure timely completion of programs.
  • Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel to customer sites.
  • High levels of motivation and ability to work independently.
