This Building Maintenance Technician position offers an exciting opportunity to work with our client City Facilities Management, a leading provider of facilities management services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across various site locations, ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritizing and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales
• Completing PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales
• Responding promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and assessing the requirements of the job

Requirements:
• Previous experience in building maintenance
