About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundskeeper Technician to join our team at Superior Contracting & Maintenance. As a Groundskeeper Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our clients.

You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality landscaping services, including lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, and irrigation system installation.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintaining lawns through regular mowing, edging, and fertilizing tasks
  • Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance outdoor aesthetics
  • Pruning and trimming trees and bushes to promote healthy growth
  • Installing and repairing irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency
  • Creating and maintaining hardscaping features such as walkways and patios
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • General Liability insurance preferred
  • Knowledge of different plants, trees, and grass types
  • Understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance
  • Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
