Internal Sales Development Specialist

Nationwide Platforms is seeking an Internal Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Birchwood. As an essential part of our sales function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through outbound telephone account management and the development of both existing and new business across the UK.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional results against agreed targets, working closely with the Customer Service Manager to drive business growth and profitability. This role requires a skilled sales professional who can develop and execute a strategy to achieve significant revenue growth and exceed performance targets.
You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, leveraging your skills and experience to drive business success and contribute to the company's growth strategy. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve significant revenue growth and exceed performance targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and retention
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
