This exciting opportunity comes at a time when building safety is at the forefront of legislative change. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality services are delivered in an effective, efficient manner, overseeing both residential and commercial projects, and providing expert guidance and support. You will also be responsible for service development, evaluating options and reporting to our Corporate Management Team and Elected Members.

We offer a competitive salary up to £51,802, 24 days annual leave rising to 29 days subject to length of service, flexible working arrangements, employer pension contributions, free onsite parking, discounted gym membership, access to occupational health and wellbeing services, extensive training and development opportunities, and a supportive workplace culture that allows you to develop and grow.
